  Honestly stay away! The pool system itself is good, the turnaround amazing, the sales staff great but the installers are awful. As far as I can see Narellan Pools head office have next to no control over their franchisees. Tony at this location is honestly one of the nastiest men I have ever met. He is aggressive, dismissive, condescending and a total chauvinist. The office team (all too aware of Tony's attitude) try their best but the installers let things down at every turn. There were numerous 9 issues with our install all of which were dismissed by their team. Once they have your money they have no interest in fixing issues, explaining problems or showing any genuine concern. Just one example, their bobcat broke down on the install day (spraying oil over everything); rather than returning with it fixed the guys were directed just to rake out the remaining 'croaker dust' leaving piles and piles of unwanted waste. I had to pay for this to be taken away on my own dollar. Their excuse being 'most people would be grateful of the dust for landscaping' - I could go on but I'm sure you get my point. Still fighting over a warranty issue to this day - STAY AWAY!
